Terms of Booking

I don't charge petrol inside of my 5 mile radius but is charged at 45p per mile outside of this area, measured on goggle maps. It is understood that you have read and understood my terms and conditions that apply to all bookings made with Julie Butcher trading as, Jules Mobile Salon.

When booking for any and all Hair, Nail or Beauty Services all terms apply, which are included within your confirmation of booking. 

If you need to re-arrange or can not keep an appointment please contact us directly as soon as possible, so that we can make arrangements around other appointments and customers that may have asked for that time and date previously. Please contact us directly on 07879 473 239 as soon as you become aware that you can not keep your original appointment so that we can make a more convenient booking for you. 

Emailing or sending a message through facebook is NOT acceptable as we could already be en-route to you or with another customer and not able to access the internet until returning home later that day, so therefore you can understand how important it is to actually talk to us by giving us a quick call.  

To make payment arrangements please contact us directly, we can use PayPal or make arrangements for payment in Cash upon arrival, with prior written arrangements. 

I do offer a VIP Package deal which is on the Prices Page but like others, if you would like me to stay on after the wedding to create a more glamorous evening make-up, take out the veil or change your hair style, I am happy to do so or I could return later on that day. Additional charges apply for this service: £75 (1-2hrs) £150 (up to4hrs)

Customers must be 16 years or over. We do not offer services to minors

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.  We may from time to time need to amend our terms and conditions and reserve the right to do this so please check them regularly if you are a regular customer.

Safety & Well-Being

For your safety & well-being, please take a moment to read the following information.

Upon arrival you will be asked to complete a brief Health Questionnaire & Disclaimer.  By doing so you waiver your right to hold Jules Mobile Salon liable for any accident or injury that may occur during or after the services that you receive.  Your health information is requested for your own safety and well-being and is treated as confidential byJulie Butcher T/A Jules Mobile Salon at all times. 

Please be aware that massage, heat treatments and treatments associated with massage are sometimes not advisable for customers experiencing symptoms associated with cancer, heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, thrombosis, epilepsy, diabetes, pregnancy, allergies, back/neck/head injuries, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, cerebral palsy, undiagnosed lumps/bumps/swellings or anyone undergoing treatment, taking medication or suffering from any medical condition. 

If you do suffer from any of the above and would like to have a treatment or join a class at /or with Jules Mobile Salon, we will require a signed disclaimer from you prior to any treatment commencing.  If on arrival any treatment is found to be unsuitable, we / staff will recommend where possible an alternative subject to availability.  If you are in any doubt as to your physical condition and suitability of our treatments, please check wit your GP prior to your visit. 

For your own safety and well-being, we strongly discourage heavy consumption of alcohol before or after treatments. We also recommend that you rest after all treatments and/or classes to help achieve the full benefits from such services and drink plently of fresh, clean water.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. You can call to book and reserve your place or just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart or use the book now buttons to reserve your appointment or class.  After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.  Place any promotional code into the box indicated for the discount of your purchases to be calculated.

We accept payments by credit and debit card through PayPal, Barclaycard Merchant Services some of the most secure ways to pay for goods and services on line.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of your booking or despatch of your goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Postage & Returns

At Jules Mobile Salon, we endeavour to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days.  All gift vouchers carry no postage charge and are posted using Royal Mail first class post who aim to deliver the next day but this is not guaranteed.  There is no refund or excahnge for products allowed with gift certificates.

For any products posted we use Royal Mail so requires a signature. Please leave us a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If no one is going to be in Royal Mail will not leave the package with a neighbour but will post a card through for you to  collect it from your local post office.  Please note that all delivery times are subject to Royal Mail.

Delivery to the rest of the U.K. including the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands , will experience longer delivery times.

U.K. Mainland: For delivery to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland a small charge will be incured upon products weighing: 

Products upto 2kg = £2.95 Products upto 4kg = £4.95 Products upto 8kg = £8.95 

These are in line with Royal Mail Charges. If you require a different delivery supplier you will need to confirm and advise us in advance of making any such purchases. 

If any of the goods you have chosen are not available for dispatch that same day, customer care will notify you by email or telephone. If you choose to proceed we will dispatch the available goods and place the unavailable items on back order. As soon as they become available, we will dispatch them using the same delivery service you have paid for without further charge to you.

If you don’t receive your order in the stated time, please contact us so we can track it down with Royal Mail.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price.

Damaged Shipments:
In the event that a package should arrive damaged, there are some essential steps that need to be taken. If the package is received damaged, incomplete, broken, crushed, or resealed in any way, you must contact Jules Mobile Salon within 48 hours. It is mandatory that the original box is kept with all the packing and shipping materials and enclosed merchandise intact. IF THE ABOVE CRITERIA ARE NOT MET, Jules Mobile Salon WILL NOT HONOUR CLAIMS OF DAMAGE OR A SHORTAGE OF GOODS.

If you would like to return your goods contact us for a returns authorisation and upon receipt of the goods a full refund will be offered or a credit to your account or the option of a gift certifcate to use for any of our services for the value of your purcahse. The customer is liable for the cost of postage for returns but is accepting a gift certificate as the refund option, postage paid will be added to the voucher total.

Refund & Cancellation Policy


  • We require 48hrs notice to cancel an appointment and a full refund will be issued if within this time frame.
  • If cancelling with less than 48 hrs notice the amount paid in advance will be forfeited.
  • If the treatment session or class hasn’t been paid for we reserve the right to ask for full payment in advance when you try to book in for any future services.
  • If you do not contact us to inform us that you do not require the services you booked any longer and the stylist and /or beautician arrives to the venue / office / home address given at the time of booking, then full payment will still need to be paid, plus any petrol fees due. 
  • When booking for a wedding / party and once you are confident and happy with the look created on your trial run a 50% deposit will be payable. The deposit is non-refundable, deducted from final amount payable 24 hours prior to your wedding day.
